Coaching focuses on helping with a specific skill or task, whereas mentoring helps a person develop themselves. Coaching is a process that helps you define and achieve a goal, vision or objective. As a coach, we will work with you to identify the most appropriate strategy for your situation and help you succeed. Why do you need a COACH AND MENTOR? It’s difficult at time to make the best decisions on your own, particularly if you’re still learning how to manage your daycare center. While mentorship is great, a one-off consultation will only take you so far.
